RE: Any runners out there dealt with Iliotibial Band Syndrome? I need some help getting over ITBS.

I have had similar issues in the past. I am really inflexible. At a friend's suggestion, I tried going to Bikram yoga (the hot one), and I felt like it really helped a lot (I did this in conjunction with other physical therapy stuff). After being in the hot room for a while, I was able to perform exercises and stretches correctly that my lack of flexibility made nearly impossible otherwise. Other than that, foam roller and the big ibuprofens?
Good Luck!
