If he can establish a foundation of discipline and fundamentals, then I don't care how bad this year is. With a few key recruits, we could be competitive within 2 years and competing for the Pac-12 championship within 3. Like others have pointed out, it doesn't take a decade to build a basketball powerhouse like it does in football, due to the small 15-man roster. One or two studs make a HUGE difference, especially when there is a foundation of discipline and fundamentals.
