No one is saying we should be BYU light

I'm certainly not. Hell, I went to BYU and hated every second of it. Utah is not even in the same galaxy as BYU in that regard.

Heck I would prefer we keep Arod over Crowton. That's not what I am arguing. I don't wan the staff to be all LDS, but I don't think it is a coincidence that over the last 20 years we have had decent LDS representation on the staff and that time period has been very good to us.

Now I fully admit a coach doesn't have to be LDS to be LDS friendly (McBride/Meyer).

NEW: Yes they do and parents of LDS and non-LDS kids LOVE this fact. Parents have as much to do with decisions than the kids. I think it's GREAT that we've got a great LDS and non-LDS environment. (nm)
