PrestitUTE icon NEW: No, they don't. They are think through the entire WR corp.

o NEW: Crabtree is not a big play guy. He's not going to take the top off of the defense. Morgan, Williams, Swain, and Hastings are not going to scare anyone. (nm)

utebehindenemylines icon NEW: ^^^This... and Vernon Davis is a great tight end but you can't continue to split him out wide. One of his biggest skills is blocking, plus he's a better threat up the seam (nm)

PrestitUTE icon NEW: You are right, and they also aren't even quality possession WRs. You said the niners had those. They don't. They need any good WR possession or big play.

480ute icon NEW: I'm not as worried about the WR position as most people are. The 9ers problem was the massive amount of injuries, not lack of talent.

utebehindenemylines icon NEW: If you take WR in the 1st round, you'll get a diva. Take a WR in rounds 4-6 who actually has to be motivated to earn his keep.

480ute icon NEW: Yeah, but Larry Fitzgerald was a first round guy who, in my opinion, is one of the classiest and hardest working men to ever play the game. 1st round and diva do not necessarily go hand in hand. (nm)

o NEW: Not just a diva. First round WRs have a 75% fail rate since 2001. Even if you get a guy with a good attitude, chances are not good of him being great. (nm)
