Saturday will be a perfect, beautiful day for the Red & White Game.

I've loved witnessing the growth and transformation of this annual scrimmage into the event that it is becoming (more than anything, that's what it is now - an event). If Urban induced a paradigm shift within the psyche of our fanbase, the fanbase has since taken it and ran (albeit really slowly because we're fat and that's why we tailgate in April). Oh..and if you're a runner and participating in the marathon on Saturday...then what a fun day for you! Run your asses up the hill and fill your tummies after the race.

The fans have been coming out in ever growing numbers for the spring game since 2002 and it makes for a fun day. With the sun out and the optimism high, I think we get maybe 20-25K this year. Bama would remind us it's not close to the 80,000 they get out for their spring game, but oh well...it's a pretty good showing anyway.
