I assume false... They may evolve and change, but current religious beliefs have endured major scientific discoveries and advancement in thought. By our nature we still yearn to reach outside of ourselves.

Until we answer the 4 big questions...
who are we?
where do we come from?
why are we here?
what are we supposed to do?
...faith in a higher power will endure. Current world religions are primarily based on a single Deity to whom we "look towards" for answers. whereas the greek's had a god for everything to explain things that were not understood.
They will evolve, but Christianity, Judaism and Islam will probably all exist in one form or another.
