I'm not saying changes shouldn't be made, but it seems to me that the best thing to do would be to have a offensive staff that can use the athletes that we have and form an offense around them, rather than try to fit athletes to an offense. This is why I like and dislike BJ. He isn't set on an offense yet and this is both bad and good. Bad because it seems that there isn't an identity, good because it allows fluidity and allows BJ to form an offense around what we have, and I haven't seen plenty from him that says that BJ can or can't do that. Like I said, if gaining an identity requires a new offensive staff, then I hope it gets done, if it doesn't require that, I just hope the identity is at the top of the list. I wouldn't be heartbroken if changes were made, since I have no personal connection to anyone on the staff. I would just be trusting that they are the correct changes because people smarter than me said so.
