Woooooowwwww, these clowns are seriously considering joining this lawsuit after receiving $182 BILLION from the taxpayers to save their jobs? I can't believe this lawsuit is even happening, these companies received billions from the government just to save their sorry asses and now their claiming that the bailout has hurt their shareholders? Jesus Christ, you #%!@s are lucky you're even still in business.

NEW: Essentially the Govt did put AIG into Bankruptcy through a conservatorship. They did so as to minimize disruption to the markets and don't ignore the fact they made a $23BN profit on AIG. In contrast, they will never recover their investment in GM. (nm)
