"reloading" but at QB there will always be a question. Not certain if this says more about the status of the Utes' rebuiling/reloading topic or about us individually and collectively.

NEW: I'm a speed freak (no not that kind). I think with Louks speed and the experiece he had last year it's hard not to start him. Unless he can't hit the broad side of a barn with a football. (nm)
